It's never too early to dream about your future career and where you will train for that career.

Overview

It is never too early to begin planning for your post-graduate education. 8th and 9th grade students can begin planning by taking the Explore Test offered each fall at the Surface Creek Vision Office.

Also, 10th grade students can take the PLAN Test in the fall. These two tests help identify individual strengths and interests to specific careers and provide valuable practice to prepare for the ACT Test that you will take in the 11th grade.

It's never too early to dream about your future career and where you will train for that career. Start early to explore colleges, universities, technical colleges, trade schools, and apprenticeships that will help you reach your dream job.

By all means begin your high school course choices with a career in mind and make your studies your job for now.
